Bounce & Burn is a safe, effective and fun low impact workout performed on a small trampoline, rebounder or trampette designed to absorb impact and be kind on your joints. We have the largest range of indoor trampolines and foldable rebounders in Europe.
It’s a full body workout that burns fat, strengthens and tones the core, legs and upper body, improves lymphatic drainage and boosts the immue system (ladies… it’s also especially good for your pelvic floor! It will melt fat and get you lean).
Available at both 1Leisure Medina and 1Leisure The Heights and there are Bounce & Burn classes at both sites throughout the week.

A Group Swim is classed as a maximum of 4 people – extra swimmers in a group are £2.30 per person
Both swimming pools and pool changing rooms will be closed to members of the public when school swimming takes place; please check the pool programmes for these times. Children eight and over must use the correct changing room for their gender. If you have any special requirements please speak to the duty manager.

Squash and racketball are played by over half a million people in England every day and are great for people of all ages and fitness levels. Shots have great names like The Ramy, The Trickle Boast and a Rolling Nick….why not master them all?
At all levels of play, badminton promotes excellent fitness: players require aerobic stamina, agility, strength, speed, and precision. It is also a technical sport, requiring good motor coordination and the development of sophisticated racquet movements.
Table tennis has been extremely popular since Victorian times when it was played by the upper-class as an after-dinner parlour game. Table tennis is available at all of our three sites – Medina, The Heights and Westridge.
Everyone who joins the Tone Zones has to undertake an induction. This is for a number of reasons:
To introduce you properly to the Tone Zone so you are confident that our Tone Zones are perfect for your needs
To show you the way that our smartcards work so that you can record your progress
To prove that you are competent in using the machines safely and effectively so you get the rewards your hard work demands
But, most importantly:
To make sure that you are confident you are getting the best out of your time in the Tone Zone.
