I just wanted to say that your staff were excellent. Especially the ones working on Friday evening when we arrived. Just wanted to pass this onto you – please could you relay this to your staff as I think they were great!
Nuala and myself enjoyed our stay immensely and found again that your staff were very friendly and professional. Please pass on our thanks.
I had to write to say thanks to you and your staff for making us feel so welcome at a recent wedding we attended. Every single one of your staff, those who served at the table, the bar, with canapés, coffee, were so friendly and polite and helpful it made the day so relaxed... I wanted you and your staff to know that the way they treated their guests was exceptional.

My name is Rachael, I purchased Albert Cottage hotel almost 13 years ago back in July 2005.
Falling in love with the history of the house and the fact it was a former Royal Residence, I envisioned developing into a fantastic boutique hotel and hasn’t looked back since.
It is and always will be one of my favourite places, the garden in the summer is divine – I take great price in ensuring our flowers are bright and colourful just as Queen Victoria and Albert would have liked.
We pride ourselves in service, quality and ensuring your every needs are catered for.
